travel update: from Europe to Central America
Hello friends! So I’m happy (and also simaltaneously sad) to say that I’ve arrived safely back home from my European adventures abroad. In a nutshell, the trip was beyond anything I could have imagined. Truly no words can describe the incredible memories, crazy adventures, and of course amazing friendships that were made throughout our trip. When I look back over the journey my sister and I took, I am inspired all over again. We left as two very different sisters but returned as best friends, travel companions, and fellow adventurers. When I look back over the past 7 weeks, I am filled with immense joy and gratitude. I could not have asked for a better trip. Of course traveling was not always easy but it was challenging, life changing, and complicated in the ways it needed to be. It shaped me to become better in the places of my life where I didn't even realize I needed improvement. This is the true gift of travel. It helps us grow in ways we never knew we could! So aside from my sappy recap post (before I start crying), I decided I needed to send out an update of the happenings in my chronicles.
1) I think I've finally figured out how to send emails to my subscribers which is a little overdue but I still have tons travel tips and city guides that I will be writing in the near future.
2) My photo gallery ‘snapshots’ is updated with all of my favorite images from my trip.
3) Lastly (and most exciting of all), I will be traveling to Honduras in just a few hours for a week so I will be posting all throughout my trip. Check back for more tips, photos, and stories!
Most importantly, I would love to thank you all for your immense support and love. To whoever reads this (and everyone else who doesn't)--you are amazing! Thank you for being a part of my adventure around the world. Don't forget to be be the miracle that you are. Oh and never forget to keep on smiling!
